Welcome to the petdreamhouse trade website terms and conditions for use. These apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This site is owned and operated by PetDreamHouse limited ("PDH, we, our, us"). Amendments

We aim to constantly improve and develop the PDH website for the benefit of all our customers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this website (or any part of it) at any time with or without further notice. We may change the website terms from time to time, and your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new website terms.

Product

We do our best effort to provide you with the highest quality product in reasonable prices and consistency. We always try to represent the product image and description as accurate as possible, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the colors and details are 100% accurate to representation of the product.

Returns

Please note that the returns Policy of PetDreamHouse is to only accept product returns (or offer compensation for products the customer wishes to return, if acceptable) for goods that were wrongly delivered and/or are faulty. For any other return reason, the customer must contact PetDreamHouse directly or via Returns Form so that the return case will be reviewed, with the outcome reported to the customer, usually via email.

Price

All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT at the appropriate rate. If you pay using another currency the exchange rate will be determined solely by the payment processing system and not ourselves.

Your order from us

PDH reserves the right to reject any purchase order without giving a reason and no order is accepted without being checked and approved. If we are unable to fulfil your order or are rejecting it, we will e-mail to confirm this, and any monies paid on rejected orders or those we cannot fulfil will be refunded at that time.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. This is to ensure there are no delays to getting your products delivered on time. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide us with are correct. payment is taken via a payment processing website to where you are directed upon completing any order. The terms of payment for that transaction are determined by the payment processor and you should check the terms on their website before making payment. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
