No stock, no warehouse, no middlemen. Selected products are available for Air Ship Service direct from the makers, and we group all the orders for a piece to put into production. Without heavily investing in stock and maintenance, our cost is reduced and we pass the savings onto you. |

What is the processing date? |

Every Friday we collect orders and process them together. By increasing the total purchase amount and order only what's needed, we reduce our cost and pass the savings onto you. |

Do the low prices mean product quality is low? |

No, the product quality is the same as stocked products. The prices are low, because there is no "over-stocking". Our stocked products in UK with express delivery will not benifit from air ship service. |

No, we don't beleive in having our own product brands. We see ourselves as a partner with other brands who are also passionate about innovative and affordable pet products. We just bring the products to you direct from the makers. |

Why does Air Ship Service take so long to dispatch? |

Because they are made to order, or at the early stage of launching directly from manufacturers. A traditional volume order imported from Far East usually takes 29 days on the sea, and production lead time between 35 - 60 days. Although we use air ship, it will still take up to 4 weeks from order to deliver. |

Can I mix stocked and air ship service products in one order? |

Of course. We will group them into one peice to save your delivery cost. If you require express delivery for the stocked products only, please let us know - flat shipping charge may apply separately. |

Unfortunately no. We have already used trackable TNT Express Delivery in our air ship service, which is one of the leading express delivery company in the world. To speed this up, we may need some help from BOLT the super dog, and beleive it or not, we are trying. |

Why has my order has been changed/canceled? |

In some cases, the products you've ordered is not available anymore. We will have to change the order and contact you to confirm the changes before processing. Order paid upfront will be refunded accordingly. |

Why has my payment failed? |

The air ship service is extreamly complicated to set up and it took us a good long year to make sure we have got everything ready. Currently it is at early launching stage, and we spent months on finding our first air ship service partner - Dogness is one of the leading manufacturer in the world and their products sells to over 50 coutries. We will bring more SKUs in the next couple of weeks, and surely more suppliers on board. So stay tuned! |
