No sale or return. Any claims of damage in transit, shortfalls or incorrect items delivered to be made within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone, must be verified in writing within 7 days. Warranty on all goods supplied will be limited to material failure or defective workmanship for a 6 month period following date of dispatch. Seller is not responsible for any consequential loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from the supply of such goods. Goods can only be returned to the seller by prior arrangement. Goods returned for any reason other than being faulty or defective will incur a 20% restocking charge. All returned items must be sealed in the original packaging and any items returned in a dirty condition will have a 5% repacking surcharge levied on it. No returned items after 14 days of delivery will be credited. All returned items must have an Return Authorization Number which should be obtained from seller prior to return by calling the office on 0121 679 8339 or emailing admin@snugglepets.co.uk.
